Who We Are
We source, acquire, and dispose of residential investment and development opportunities throughout London. We focus only on real estate – an asset class we know well. We do not diverge from it and do not do anything else. We do not hold seminars, do not have a YouTube channel, we do not discuss investments with the general public, and we do not advertise our services. We are investors and offer our clients the type of assets we would purchase. We hold a diverse portfolio of houses and flats across London, with an eye to expansion outside of the capital and into commercial spaces.
